UK's first inclusive rail ticketing survey launched
The first UK-wide survey into the needs of disabled and older people when buying and using train tickets is launched today, Monday, 12 March 2018. The confidential survey addresses travellers' experiences and concerns about the various ways of buying tickets as well as using ticket barriers, finding their seat and getting on and off a train. The research findings will be used to help design flexible ticketing systems that support a wide range of people's needs.
