Proline DAB403 - test report
The Proline is quite simple to set up and use. The screen is on the front and quickly becomes illegible when viewed from an angle. This is a particular problem when using the buttons found on top of the radio. But the buttons are logically laid out on the top of the radio with direct-access preset buttons, although these are too close together to easily distinguish from one another by touch alone. They also require a firm push - a gentle click doesn't always seem to work. Button labels are also very small but have excellent colour contrast (white on black).
